When someone decides, “I'm too tired to clean a house,” that becomes an inconvenience to someone who expects the house to be clean. When you, as a woman, someone's hitting on you and you're like, “I don't like this,” and you reject that person, usually a man, then that becomes an inconvenience for him, an ego wound for him. When we finally gather our strength and our voice to say, “No, I won't do this,” or “No, you have to stop doing this,” and “No, don't do this to me,” then you become the annoying one. You become the person who is inconveniencing everyone else.

Co-founder of the new feminist blog, Flytrap, Nicole Froio joins us to discuss her new piece titled, "The (Feminist) Empire Strikes Back." The Flytrap Media is a worker-owned, intersectional, and expansive feminist media group that thinks beyond clicks and hashtag-engagement.

"Rotten History" from Renaldo Migaldi follows the interview.
